Management Sale Letters

Management Sale Letters. Means, collectively, (i) that certain Management Sale Letter Agreement, dated as of the September 21, 2023 (the "HJ MSL"), by and among the Company, Oramed and Henry Ji, and (ii) that certain Management Sale Letter Agreement, dated as of the September 21, 2023 (the "JS MSL"), by and among the Company, Oramed and Jaisim Shah, in each case as may be amended or restated from time to time.
