Management Sale Trigger Date

Management Sale Trigger Date. Means the first Management Sale Date (as defined in each of the HJ MSL and the JS MSL) to occur following the Issuance Date. (By way of example, if a Management Sale Date occurs under the HJ MSL prior to the occurrence of a Management Sale Date under the JS MSL, the Management Sale Date under the HJ MSL shall be the Management Sale Trigger Date for purposes of all Note Warrants).
