Management Shareholders Agreement

Management Shareholders Agreement. Means that certain Management Shareholders Agreement dated as of March 28, 2005, as may have been amended from time to time, by and among Warner Chilcott, Warner Chilcott Limited, Warner Chilcott Holdings Company II, Limited, Warner Chilcott Holdings Company III, Limited, Executive and the other parties thereto.

Management Shareholders Agreement. Means that certain Management Subscription and Shareholders Agreement, dated as of March 5, 2004, by and among the Company and the shareholders parties thereto, as amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
