Managers

Managers. The managers of the Companies whose names are on the signature page hereto (the "Managers")

Managers. Shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the preamble to this Agreement.

Managers. Means OSG Ship Management, Inc.

Managers. Employees who generally manage personnel and/or a function and who are involved with the planning, execution, and maintenance of a department, who generally have the word 'Manager' in their job title, and who in most cases report to a Director. Managers include, but are not limited to, employees in those positions listed on Exhibit C, or the employees' successors.

Managers. Shall mean employees in those positions listed on Exhibit C, or the employees' successors.

Managers. Means the managers of the Company.

Managers. Means Ken Ross and Patricia McKee

Managers. Shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble, and shall include any Beneficiary (as such term is defined in the Plan) under the Plan who receives shares of Common Stock pursuant to the Plan.

Managers. Means the individuals who were managing members of Seller or Newco prior to the Closing.

Managers. Shall mean Samuel R. Saks, Bruce C. Cozadd, Robert M. Myers, Matthew K. Fust, Carol A. Gamble and Janne L.T. Wissel.
