Mandatory Registration Statement

Mandatory Registration Statement. Means the Mandatory Shelf Registration Statement or any Subsequent Shelf Registration Statement.

Mandatory Registration Statement. Shall mean a registration statement of the Company which covers the Registrable Securities requested to be included therein pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.1 and all amendments and supplements to such registration statement, including post-effective amendments, in each case including the Prospectus contained therein, all exhibits thereto and all material incorporated by reference (or deemed to be incorporated by reference) therein.

Mandatory Registration Statement. Means the Registration Statement required to be filed pursuant to Section 2(a) hereof, including all amendments thereof (whether pre-effective or post-effective), if any.

Mandatory Registration Statement. The Mandatory Shelf Registration Statement, as defined in Section 2(a) hereof, or any Subsequent Shelf Registration Statement.

Mandatory Registration Statement.
