Mandatory Relocation. A "Mandatory Relocation" shall have occurred if, at any time after a Change of Control, Executive is notified that Executive's principal place of employment for STERIS is to be relocated, without Executive's written consent, more than 50 miles from where Executive's principal place of employment was located immediately before the Change of Control.
