Manufacture

Manufacture. All operations of Hovione in the scheduling, production, packaging, labeling, warehousing, quality control testing (including as requested all in-process, release and stability testing), release, and shipping of the Product to meet the Specifications and other requirements for the Product hereunder.

Manufacture. Or "Manufacturing" means, as applicable, any and all operations, including without limitation receipt of materials, processing, testing, sterilization, quality control, releasing, storing, sample retention, serialization and packaging for shipment, carried out by or on behalf of SUPPLIER in the preparation and supply of the Products under this Agreement and the Quality Agreement.

Manufacture. The manufacturing activities performed by Vetter International and its Affiliates and in accordance with the Specifications.
