Manufacturer Overconcentration Percentage. With respect to an Overconcentrated Manufacturer, a fraction, calculated as of the end of each Monthly Period, expressed as a percentage, (a) the numerator of which is the Manufacturer Overconcentration with respect to such Overconcentrated Manufacturer and (b) the denominator of which is the Combined Outstanding Principal Balances in all Accounts covered by Floorplan Agreements with such Overconcentrated Manufacturer.
