Manufacturing License

Manufacturing License. Shall mean the exclusive, nontransferable (except as provided in Section 13.8 below), worldwide, royalty-free license to use the Stellartech Technology (as defined in the Development Agreement) solely in connection with the use, sale and distribution of products manufactured by AtriCure, Inc., or manufactured for AtriCure, Inc. by Stellartech, as provided for in Section 3.1 below, for use in the field of Cardiac Arrhythmia Treatment. Manufacturing License. Any license as granted by the Regulatory Authority to Pacira or the Third Party Manufacturer in the applicable territory to manufacture the Licensed Product
