Manufacturing License

Manufacturing License. Means any consent, permit, authorization or approval required by any Regulatory Authority for or in connection with Corden's Manufacture of the Product at the Manufacturing Site(s) and the export/import of the Product to Customer in the Territory in accordance with any stated Delivery Terms or as specified in the Product Addendum.

Manufacturing License. Shall mean the exclusive, nontransferable (except as provided in Section 13.8 below), worldwide, royalty-free license to use the Stellartech Technology (as defined in the Development Agreement) solely in connection with the use, sale and distribution of products manufactured by AtriCure, Inc., or manufactured for AtriCure, Inc. by Stellartech, as provided for in Section 3.1 below, for use in the field of Cardiac Arrhythmia Treatment.
