Manufacturing Process. Means any and all processes (or any step in any process) used or planned to be used by Manufacturer to Manufacture Product, as evidenced in the Batch Documentation or master Batch Documentation.

Manufacturing Process. With respect to the PRODUCT, means any process or methods (or any step in any process or method, including packaging, quality control and quality assurance) used or planned to be used by a manufacturer in the Manufacturing of such PRODUCT in accordance with the Quality Assurance Agreement.
