Manufacturing Recall

Manufacturing Recall. Means a Recall arising from or relating to the Product that, when manufactured by APP, was adulterated, contaminated or was otherwise caused by APP's failure to comply with the Manufacturing Agreement or the Specifications as defined in the Manufacturing Agreement.

Manufacturing Recall. A Recall arising from or relating to the Product that, when manufactured by APP, was adulterated, contaminated or was otherwise caused by APP's failure to comply with this Agreement of the Specifications set forth in this Agreement.
