Marina Patents

Marina Patents. Means (i) the patents and patent applications identified on Schedule A, (ii) any other patents and patent applications owned or Controlled by Marina as of the Effective Date that have claims covering either of the Delivery Technologies, and (iii) any other patents and patent applications that are owned solely or Controlled by Marina at any time during the New Technology Period and that have claims covering either of the Delivery Technologies or any modifications or improvements to any... inventions and or technology that is the subject of the patents and patent applications described in clauses (i) and (ii) of this definition.
