Example Definitions of "Market Area"
Market Area. Shall mean (i) the counties and parishes set forth on Exhibit A hereto; and (ii) and any other geographic area or market where or with respect to which (x) Executive provides or has provided services on behalf of the Company or any other member of the Company Group in the twenty-four (24) months preceding the Date of Termination, or (y) the Company or any other member of the Company Group has specific plans to conduct any business as of the Date of Termination and... Market Area. The central business district of Stamford, Connecticut, including, the Complex, the office building known as Metro Center (located at One Station Place) and any first class office building adjacent thereto.
Market Area. The term "Market Area" means the metropolitan areas of Boston, MA; New York, NY; Philadelphia Pa; Washington, D.C. and Chicago, IL. Employee acknowledges that due to the nature of the business conducted by the Company, this geographic scope is reasonable and necessary to protect the Company's legitimate protectable interests.
