Example Definitions of "Market Capitalization"
Market Capitalization. The Fair Market Value of the Crown Stock on a given date multiplied times the total number of shares of Crown Stock outstanding on such date
Market Capitalization. The product of (A) the total number of shares of Common Stock issued and outstanding on the Effective Date as reported by the Company's transfer agent, as adjusted for stock splits, stock dividends, reverse stock splits, recapitalizations and the like that have occurred since the Effective Date, and (B) the Ending Common Stock Price as of the Valuation Date
Market Capitalization. A number equal to (a) the average VWAP of the Common Stock for the immediately preceding fifteen (15) Trading Days, multiplied by (b) the aggregate number of outstanding Common Stock as reported on Borrower's most recently filed Form 10-Q or Form 10-K
