Market Development Initiatives. Means commercial initiatives and activities, as set forth on Schedule A hereto, related to Dyloject, the Company's drug candidate for which a new drug application has been filed with and accepted for formal review by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. At the Company's request, Parent will assist the Company in the design, planning, negotiation and implementation of the Market Development Initiatives. 2
