Market Value Per Share

Market Value Per Share. Means, as of any particular date, (i) the closing sale price per Common Share as reported on the principal exchange on which Common Shares are then trading, if any, or, if applicable, the Nasdaq National Market System, or if there are no sales on such day, on the next preceding trading day during which a sale occurred, or (ii) if clause (i) does not apply, the fair market value of the Common Shares as determined by the Board.

Market Value Per Share. Means, at any date, the closing price, per share, of the shares of Common Stock, on the New York Stock Exchange on the trading day immediately preceding such date as reported by the Wall Street Journal (Midwest Edition) or, if the Common Stock shall be primarily traded in another market, as determined in a manner specified by the Board using quotations in such other market.

Market Value Per Share. Means, at any date, the closing sale price of the Common Stock on that date (or, if there are no sales on that date, the last preceding date on which there was a sale) on the principal national securities exchange or in the principal market on or in which the Common Stock is traded.
