Market Value. The same meaning as Fair Market Value set forth in the Equity Incentive Plan

Market Value. Market Value. The average, over the preceding 30 consecutive calendar days, of the closing prices of sales of Shares on any domestic exchange on which they are listed, or, if there have been no sales on any day, the average of the highest bid and lowest asked prices at the end of the day, or, if the Shares are not listed on a domestic exchange, the average of the highest bid and lowest asked prices in the domestic over-the-counter market as reported by the OTC Bulletin Board.

Market Value. Per share of Common Stock shall mean the average of the daily Closing Price for the Common Stock for the 20 Trading Days before the date on which Optionee gives written notice to the Optionor pursuant to Sections 6 and 9 of this Agreement of Optionee's exercise of the Option, as defined herein.
Market Value.
