Market Value. The same meaning as Fair Market Value set forth in the Equity Incentive Plan

Market Value. Market Value. The product of (x) the number of shares of Common Stock issued, or for which the Common Stock Equivalents issued are convertible or exchangeable multiplied by (y) the Closing Bid Price of the Common Stock as of the issuance date of such shares of Common Stock or Common Stock Equivalents

Market Value. The average, over the preceding 30 consecutive calendar days, of the closing prices of sales of Shares on any domestic exchange on which they are listed, or, if there have been no sales on any day, the average of the highest bid and lowest asked prices at the end of the day, or, if the Shares are not listed on a domestic exchange, the average of the highest bid and lowest asked prices in the domestic over-the-counter market as reported by the OTC Bulletin Board.

Market Value. The price at which such Mortgage Loan could readily be sold as determined by Buyer in its discretion, provided that Market Value shall be deemed zero for any Mortgage Loan with respect to which there is a breach of a representation or warranty made by Seller in the Letter Agreement;

Market Value. Per share of Common Stock shall mean the average of the daily Closing Price for the Common Stock for the 20 Trading Days before the date on which Optionee gives written notice to the Optionor pursuant to Sections 6 and 9 of this Agreement of Optionee's exercise of the Option, as defined herein.

Market Value. For purposes of this Agreement, "Market Value" shall mean the appraised value of the Executive's primary residence as determined by an appraiser approved by at least one residential lender in the area of the Executive's primary residence and selected by the Executive.
