Marketing Application

Marketing Application. Shall mean an application for marketing authorization, which has not yet been approved by the FDA or other Regulatory Authority, including without limitation, an FDA New Drug Application ("NDA"), and other similar marketing authorizations promulgated by Regulatory Authorities.
