Marketing Specifications. Licensor's standards and guidelines relating to the permitted use, depiction and graphic display of the Licensed Marks that are contained in Schedule E hereto, and those standards and guidelines relating to such use, depiction and graphic display that Licensor shall provide to Licensee from time to time.
