Marketplace Response Procedures

Marketplace Response Procedures. Means, with respect to any Converge Web Site, the measures specified in Exhibit I hereto. With respect to other types of Converge Marketplaces, the Marketplace Response Procedures shall be mutually agreed upon by the parties in writing prior to the date each such other type of Converge Marketplace is first launched by Converge, and Exhibit I hereto shall be promptly amended to incorporate said additional Marketplace Response Procedures.
