Example Definitions of "Marketplace"
Marketplace. Means a marketplace operated or to be operated by the Cantor Parties and/or the eSpeed Parties in and through which buyers and sellers of a Product may effect transactions in the Product. In no event shall the Electronic Energy Marketplace or a 4 marketplace involved in a Gaming Business or an Unrelated Dealer Business be deemed to be a Marketplace for purposes of this Agreement.
