Markforged Patents

Markforged Patents. Means any and all Patents that are, now or hereafter, directly or indirectly owned or licensable by Markforged and/or its Affiliates and that claim, in whole or in part, priority from or the benefit of the filing date of any Patent filed on or before December 31, 2027 or with an effective date on or before December 31, 2027.
