Example Definitions of "Marks"
Marks. Means service marks, trade dress, trade names, logos, insignias, corporate names, internet domain names, and registrations and applications for the registration thereof, together with all of the goodwill associated therewith.
Marks. Means any and all registered or unregistered trademarks, service marks, trade names and general intangibles of a similar nature (including logos, trade dress, slogans, and product names), and the goodwill associated therewith, and all rights in Internet web sites, Internet domain names, uniform resource locators, and keywords and purchased search terms, in each case that are used primarily in the Business.
Marks. The trademark(s) as set forth and illustrated in Schedule "A" annexed hereto and incorporated herein by reference provided, however, that the appearance and/or style of the Mark may vary from time to time as specified by Licensor in its sole discretion
