MASIMO Software. Means any and all computer/instrument software and/or firmware owned by MASIMO that is used or useful in connection with MASIMO Technology for use in Vital Signs Monitoring or Non-Vital Signs Monitoring, including any and all Improvements thereto, all in source code and object code format, and all written documentation relating to such software.
