Master Agreement

Master Agreement. Any form of master agreement published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc., any International Foreign Exchange Master Agreement, or any other master agreement, together with any related schedules.

Master Agreement. Omnicell's Customer purchase, rental or lease agreement, including all support terms (or a separate Master Service Agreement if applicable), schedules, riders, addenda or amendments thereto, in the forms substantially similar to those set forth in EXHIBIT C hereto (or other form reasonably approved by and acceptable to Buyer) that includes the Lease Supplement(s) with respect to which Buyer purchases Rental Payments or Service Payments under this Agreement

Master Agreement. Has the meaning set forth in the recitals.
