Master Formation Agreement. That certain Master Formation Agreement dated as of March 14, 2013 among CNP, OGE, Bronco Midstream Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and Bronco Midstream Holdings II, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and to which the General Partner, the Partnership and Bronco are bound, as it may be further amended, supplemented or restated from time to time.
