Master Lease

Master Lease. Has the meaning ascribed to it in the Fifth Amendment.

Master Lease. Means that certain Master Lease dated effective October 15, 2021 between Landowner, as landlord, and DBR, as tenant, as the same may be amended from time to time.

Master Lease. The Master Lease Agreement between Borrower and Lessee dated August 24, 2005.

Master Lease. Shall mean that certain Houston Orthopedic Surgical Hospital Amended and Restated Lease Agreement between Borrower and Tenant dated as of April 27, 2004.

Master Lease. That certain lease between FFS and Merrifield First Stamford L.L.C., dated January 19, 2001, a memorandum of which was recorded on January 24, 2001 in Volume 5678 Page 127 et seq. of the Stamford Land Records.
