MASTER SECURITY AGREEMENT

MASTER SECURITY AGREEMENT. Means the Security Agreement, dated as of February 24, 2000, among the Corporation, GE Capital Corporation, as agent, and the financial institutions named therein, and related documents, each as amended or otherwise modified from time to time, and any renewal, extension, refinancing or replacement (or successive renewals, extensions, refinancings or replacements) thereof.
