Master

Master. Means the unique Program and Program format for your Program that we will create in order to be able to build production copies of your Program for shipment.

Master. Shall mean and refer to all recordings in any form (including audio and audiovisual) from which Records may be derived, now or hereafter owned, controlled or distributed by, or licensed to, Company or any Person which directly or indirectly, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, Company.
