Material Obligation

Material Obligation. Any of: (a) Licensee's obligations to maintain the required quality of Licensed Goods and Licensed Services under Section 4.8; (b) a Change in Control of Licensee; or (c) Licensee's obligation not to cause a Spectrum Default (as such term is defined in the IRU Agreement)
