Material

Material. Means that any deviation from the applicable matter set out in the Agreement, or any error in a given statement, alone or in the aggregate with other matters contained in the Agreement, will have a Material Adverse Effect.

Material. Or "materially," when used in relation to the Company, means material in relation to the Company and its subsidiaries on a consolidated basis.

Material. Shall mean any or all of the Active Material, Raw Material and/or Bulk Drug Product.

Material. Has the meaning set forth in Paragraph 16(a).

Material. Or "Material Adverse Effect" with respect to any entity or group of entities means a material adverse effect on the business, assets (including intangible assets), financial condition, prospects, or results of operations of such entity and its subsidiaries, taken as a whole which is individually in excess of $25,000, or, in the aggregate with other individual items, in excess of $50,000.

Material. Or any variation thereof, means, with respect to an obligation, contract, commitment or Lien, any obligation, contract, commitment or Lien that requires a future expenditure of more than *** or that resulted in an expenditure of more than *** in the most recent calendar year based on records reasonably available as of the date of this Agreement.

Material. Shall mean any components and other materials comprising or comprised in Products.

Material. Means material in relation to the Company;

Material. Means 2" minus Tire Derived Fuel chips (TDF) capable of being used in the Facility's Cement Manufacturing Process.

Material. If quantifiable, likely to result in an economic effect of $30,000 or more.
