Example Definitions of "Material"
Material. Means that any deviation from the applicable matter set out in the Agreement, or any error in a given statement, alone or in the aggregate with other matters contained in the Agreement, will have a Material Adverse Effect.
Material. Or "materially," when used in relation to the Company, means material in relation to the Company and its subsidiaries on a consolidated basis.
Material. Shall mean any or all of the Active Material, Raw Material and/or Bulk Drug Product.
