Mature Shares

Mature Shares. Means shares of Company Stock for which the holder has good title, free and clear of all liens and encumbrances and which the holder either (i) has held for at least six months or (ii) has purchased on the open market.

Mature Shares. Means shares of Common Stock owned by a Participant that are not subject to any pledge or security interest and that have been either previously acquired by the Participant on the open market or meet such other requirements, if any, as the Committee may determine are necessary in order to avoid an accounting earnings charge on account of the use of such shares to pay the Exercise Price or satisfy a withholding obligation of the Participant.

Mature Shares. Shares that had been held by the Participant for a meaningful period of time such as six months or such other period of time that is consistent with FASB's interpretation of APB 25.

Mature Shares. Shares that had been held by the Participant for a meaningful period of time such as six months or such other period of time determined by the Administrator.

Mature Shares. (A) shares of Stock for which the Participant has good title, free and clear of all liens and encumbrances, and which the Participant either (i) has held for at least six months or (ii) has purchased on the open market or (B) such shares as determined by the Committee.

Mature Shares. Any of the following: (i) Stock purchased by Employee in the open market, (ii) Stock acquired by Employee upon exercise of any option that has been held by Employee for no less than six months after the exercise date, or (iii) any stock of the Company delivered pursuant to a Deferred Stock Award Agreement that is held by Employee for no less than six months after the delivery date of such stock as defined in the Deferred Stock Award Agreement.

Mature Shares. Means Shares of Common Stock that have been legally and beneficially owned by the Optionee for at least six months.

Mature Shares. Shall mean Shares which have been held by the Participant for a period of at least six (6) months and one (1) day after such Shares are issued, or, in the case of Restricted Stock, vested.

Mature Shares. Means (x) nonforfeitable, unrestricted shares of Common Stock that have been owned by the Optionee for more than six (6) months prior to the date of exercise, or (y) shares of restricted stock or other shares of Common Stock that are forfeitable or subject to restrictions on transfer, including, without limitation, shares of Common Stock issued pursuant to the earn out of performance shares or performance units, which shares have been owned by the Optionee for more than six (6) months and that... the Company agrees to accept as consideration, or (z) such other Company securities as the Company's chief accounting officer, upon consultation with the Company's independent accountants, determines will not adversely affect the Company's tax or accounting position by accepting. Mature Shares. Shares of Common Stock either (i) previously acquired on the open market, (ii) not acquired from the Company in the form of compensation, or (iii) acquired from the Company in the form of compensation that have been owned by a Participant for at least six (6) months.
