Example Definitions of "Maturity Date"
Maturity Date. Shall mean the earlier of: (i) Maker's Initial Public Offering ("IPO") (or any other type of direct prospectus or registered offering transaction) that results in the Company or its successor becoming "public" and any class of its securities are quoted or traded in any exchange or quotation system in the United States of America shall have been consummated; or (ii) December 31st, 2019.
Maturity Date. The earliest to occur of (a) the date of the Portfolio Acquisition (as defined in the ASA) under the ASA, (b) the date immediately following the date of termination of the ASA pursuant to the terms of the ASA and (c) the date on which all amounts under this Note shall become due and payable pursuant to Section 11
Maturity Date. The twelve (12) months anniversary after the Issuance Date.
