Maturity Share Price. The average closing trading price per share of Parent Common Stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market, or such other market or exchange on which shares of Parent Common Stock are then traded, over the twenty (20) trading days ended on the business day immediately preceding the Maturity Date.
