Maximum Aggregate Purchase Price. The sum of (a) the Standard Aggregate Purchase Price plus (b) the Increased Aggregate Purchase Price. All funds made available by Buyer to Seller under this Agreement will first be attributed to the Standard Aggregate Purchase Price.
