Maximum Amount

Maximum Amount. Shall mean the aggregate face amount of the Notes permitted under the Program Documents to be outstanding at any time, which such face amount shall not exceed $750,000,000, unless such amount is increased by the Issuer in accordance with Section 1.8 hereof.

Maximum Amount. Means the amount of Two Million U.S. Dollars ($2,000,000.00).
