Maximum Available Borrowings. The lesser of ("Maximum Available Borrowings"): (a) $40,000,000.00, less the Letter of Credit Obligations, as hereinafter defined; or (b) the aggregate collected balance of the Liquidity Accounts, as hereinafter defined, less the Letter of Credit Obligations, as hereinafter defined.
