Maximum Credit

Maximum Credit. $70,000,000 for the period commencing on December 5, 2000 through and including January 15, 2001 and $50,000,000 at all other times.

Maximum Credit. Is hereby amended to delete the reference to "$170,000,000" and replace it with the following: "$215,000,000".

Maximum Credit. Shall mean $500,000,000 from May 13, 2002 through and -------------- including May 31, 2002, and shall mean at all times thereafter, $400,000,000, in each case as reduced in accordance with Section 2.1 hereof.

Maximum Credit. 1.84 ‘Maximum Credit’ shall mean the amount of $180,000,000 (subject to adjustment as provided in Section 2.5 hereof).

Maximum Credit. $55,000,000 for the period commencing on July 24, 2000 through and including September 21, 2000 and $50,000,000 at all other times.

Maximum Credit. Shall mean, with reference to the Revolving Loans and the Letter of Credit Accommodations, the amount of One Hundred Eighty Million Dollars ($180,000,000).
