Maximum Daily Contract Quantity

Maximum Daily Contract Quantity. Or "MDCQ" shall mean the maximum quantity of gas that Company shall receive at the Receipt Point and deliver to Customer at the Delivery Point on any Gas Day. During the Summer Months, Customer's MDCQ 5 shall be 2,416,000 therms per Gas Day. During the Non-Summer Months, Customer's MDCQ shall be 2,844,000 therms per Gas Day.
