Example Definitions of "Maximum Exercise Amount"
Maximum Exercise Amount. Means $0.25 per share.
Maximum Exercise Amount. Means $0.05 per share.
Maximum Exercise Amount. Means an amount of Warrant Shares equal to the quotient of: (a) 50% of the Note Face Value divided by (b) the Exercise Price.
