Maximum Firm Balancing Quantity NonSummer. ("MFBQnS") shall mean the Non-Summer maximum Forecast Variance quantity Company shall have the firm obligation to receive from or deliver to Customer as Balancing and Storage Service (Injection/Withdrawal) on any Gas Day.
