Maximum Firm Balancing Quantity Summer. ("MFBQS") shall mean the Summer Month maximum Forecast Variance quantity Company shall have the firm obligation to receive from or deliver to Customer as Balancing and Storage Service (Injection/Withdrawal) on any Gas Day.
