Example Definitions of "Maximum Performance Objective"
Maximum Performance Objective. For each Performance Measure means the Performance at which 200% of an Award attributable to that Performance Measure will be earned by a Participant. No additional Award will be payable under the Plan to any Participant for Performance above an applicable Maximum Performance Objective.
