Maximum Principal Amount. Ten Million and 00/100 Dollars ($10,000,000.00).

Maximum Principal Amount. Twenty Five Million Dollars ($25,000,000.00), inclusive of letters of credit, provided however, that Borrower shall be permitted from time to reduce the Maximum Principal Amount at any time upon notice to Bank, provided that such reduction shall be in an amount not less than $3,000,000.00.
