Maximum Revolving Amount
Maximum Revolving Amount. Shall mean (a) for the period commencing on the Closing Date through and including March 31, 2005, Thirteen Million ($13,000,000) Dollars; and (b) from and after April 1, 2005, Fifteen Million ($15,000,000) Dollars.
