Maximum Share Amount. The maximum number of shares which may be purchased by any employee at any single Purchase Date

Maximum Share Amount. Means the maximum number of shares of Common Stock that an eligible Employee may purchase on any given Exercise Date, as determined by the Plan Administrator in its sole discretion prior to the commencement of the Offering Period.

Maximum Share Amount. The maximum aggregate number of Shares which may be purchased by any Employee during any single Offering Period, as specified by the Committee, in its sole discretion
