MDCP Forfeitable Securities

MDCP Forfeitable Securities. Means the Forfeitable Purchaser Securities held by MDCP immediately following the closing under the Equity Purchase Agreement on the date hereof (and such MDCP Forfeitable Securities shall cease to be MDCP Forfeitable Securities when they have ceased to be Forfeitable Purchaser Securities in accordance with the terms of this Agreement).
