Example Definitions of "Measurement Period"
Measurement Period. The most recent period of four consecutive fiscal quarters (or with respect to the quarters described in this paragraph, the period described in this paragraph) of the Company for which financial statements have been or are required to be delivered pursuant to this Agreement.
