Med Subsidiaries Collateral Agent. Means Citibank, N.A., a national banking association, or another major U.S. bank designated as a successor or replacement therefor, from time to time, by PIBL (or another agent for the Holders of the Amended Debentures designated by the Holders, from time to time, in a writing delivered to Med).
